We are a group of MOMS who just so happen to run our own businesses!

 We come from various trades and industries but share a common core value - that being mom always comes first.

We provide a supportive environment where entrepreneurial moms can build relationships with like-minded peers. We encourage members to pursue their passions and gain inspiration by sharing their unique stories and ideas. We host monthly meetings on the second Wednesday of each month at Venture X in Bethlehem.

Heather Gidusko is a true leader in the wellness profession. Her passion for helping others and her knowledge of all aspects of physical, mental and emotional fitness have allowed Heather to excel as a wellness professional over the last 25 years! Heather closed her brick and mortar gym Sweat Like A Girl in July of 2021. Heather continues to specialize in helping women feel totally awesome through her many programs and offerings; be sure to browse through this site to learn more about each program. Heather has won local awards as Best Trainer, Best Group Fitness Class, Power Person and  was featured in a local magazine which highlighted the success of her gym and teaching style.

After struggling for years with her health and weight, Jennifer found a healthy and happy relationship with food that helped create a happier version of herself that I want for others.
